Frequently asked questions
Everything you want to know about Pauls Tools.
Pauls Tools is an AI-powered leadership coach from Paul Donders (xpand). A short self-assessment (a “scan”) shows where you stand as a leader — then you get a personal 30-day companion with daily impulses and a chat that answers from Paul's own work.
You rate 25 short statements about your leadership on a scale of 1 to 5. This builds a profile across five dimensions — management, social competence, self- and social responsibility, and your identity at the core. You then receive a warm, personal reflection in Paul's voice.
About 5 minutes. You don't need an account to start.
During the trial phase, Pauls Tools is free for now. We'd love your feedback and stories of your experience.
Paul Donders is an author, mentor and trainer for “Value-Added Leadership”. For over 30 years he has guided leaders in more than 15 countries and written many books — including Power, Mastery 4.0 and Creative Life Planning.
The AI sounds like Paul but is not a replacement for him. Every reflection, impulse and chat answer is grounded in Paul's own books, articles and talks (semantic vector search) — nothing is made up.
After the scan, the AI builds a personal 30-day plan tailored to your situation. Each day you get a short, concrete impulse with one small action — by email and in your dashboard.
